Wow, that is kind of sad if you think about it. Where do all the wild animals live?

apparently people are trying to reintroduce moose and wolves and bears and lynxs into parts of scotland, and of course its naiive to think they wont spread. so soon a walk in the british woodland may be very different, if local farmers dont trap or poison all the incoming wildlife first. which they will, because humans are selfish and have no empathy
The farmers are only protecting what they own, a bitch protects her pups and most of the time kills the intruders, is this selfish? The farmers need to do this so their crop and livestock are not killed so they can feed their country. (not trying to sound mean here, sorry if it does to anyone.)

no one expects farmers to kill any imported animals out of sadism or on a whim, but if the animals weren't introduced in the first place, farmers wouldn't have to protect their stock. A bitch protects her pups out of love, but a farmer protects his livestock out of fear of losing money. people are saying the wolves and things will help keep red deer numbers down but that wont happen, wolves will go for the easiest option and thats sheep. i really hope they dont go ahead with it, many lives could be lost so inhumanely

Yeah, I agree with Reef and Mate! LOL I wish that there wasn't such thing as over-population! Tokyo is over-populated, why don't we set some canibals loose there? Know what I mean?

because that would be genocide lol you can't (acceptably, anyway) solve over-population by killing those already alive, but possibly by more widespread contraception, abortion and infertility. i would support a global one-child-policy if we havent seen how bad it is in practice in china

I would have to say NO! I hate abortions, its not the fetus fault it was born, as soon as the baby starts to grow it can feel. I would anyone like it if I cam up with a machete and sliced of your arms, legs and torso. ALSO farmers do it for love they LOVE there family and need money so they can support their family its not just money its the will to survive. And I agree with you norsu, Asians have gone to far with their over-population and now they are sending most of them over here and soon we are all going to fucked over here and we will have to stop breeding and then we will have no aussies left justs fucking asain AHHHHHH I HATE ASAINS, I HATE MUSLIMS I HATE AFRICANS BEING IN MY COUNTRY!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry got way to into it....

islam is a religion, not a race and you cant blame any one aspect of humanity, it's the fault of the species as a whole. if you "hate" asians, muslims and africans then why are you so against preventing more of them? sure, personhood may be considered to exist at conception, and we dont know how far into gestation the feotus feels pain but isnt the alternatice worse? contraception doesnt always work, so we need the backup

Say if a fetus did feel pain, abortion is like hanging the great grandson of a serial killer just because his great grand father was a serial killer. Its in-humane. Its called self control, they don't HAVE to have sex, though it is the natural order of things you still don't have to have it. If they want to keep breeding like bunny rabbits then we should let them, as long as they all stay in their own place. Why should we AND an unborn child have to pay for THEIR mistakes?

keeping people out of australia doesnt solve over-population, not as long as so many poeple are still on earth. if a feotus does feel pain, it wont for long if its aborted. but in a lot of cases, unwanted pregnancy would result life times of suffering for all family involved. but maybe i'm just wierd in not seeing death as a bad thing.

Not just meaning australia......... There are things that stop people from becoming pregnant, maybe they should try morning after pill, condoms, dams. Not as cruel as abortions. Would you cut off a horses legs and its tail then its head? they would be dead soon but they would still go through the pain of it before hand.

i totally agree, i cringe when people think dont use contraception because "its in god's hands whether they get pregnant or not". but there are many cultures who dont have access to such things, as they dont always work when they do and good way of putting it, about the horse... no, of course i wouldnt. actually i dont know why i find it any more acceptable to do that to people. but there isnt only one method of abortion, is there? i guess it depends if you think the means justify the end perhaps a more likely scenario is the human population exploding so far that we all starve to death and the earth starts again lol

huh? abortion causes no pain to the pheotus cos it has no central nervous system so it cant feel pain, it also doesn;t have a conscious brain so it cant have feelings...
i could give a long essay on abortion lol
im not quite sure where the cutting of limbs bit comes in....
