never heard of wipeout... x factor is where singers audition to get to live shows where they're voted off until we get a winner, but they're split into 4 categories. boys, girls, oldies and groups, and each gets a different judge to mentor them

i know, they got sued from the makers of pop idol for making it too similar, the only difference is the category thing

well the X Factor winner is christmas number one again... it must be 7 years since we had a christmas number 1 as anything other than a reality star
