just wondering which causes you support I volunteer for the British Red Cross just now and i sponser a rhino and a panda with the WWF, an elephant with the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and a dog with Dog's Trust. i wish i would do more hands-on work, like volunteering at animal shelters and stuff... it would be so cool to go abroad and help animals in my gap year but sadly i just dont have the funds for it

I support the Make-A-Wish Foundation, I love what they are doing to help children in need. I don't know if this counts, but I also support the animal shelters around the world. Once my friends and I had a fruit punch stand at the end of my driveway and we raised around $30! We are going to donate it all to the ASPCA.

oh yea i've heard of the make-a-wish foundation, its a really sweet idea. and thats cool about the punch stand! we have a charities day every year in school, last year my group raised £250 (which i think is about $500) for Missing People. not a charity i would have chosen (i wanted the brooke but apparently thats "stupid and juvinile") but its good as long as it helps something

i probably should make a habit of giving, i just give to appeals or charity workers on the street or collection buckets and stuff. i shaved my legs for children in need last year. but lets not dwell on that haha

The first time I shaved my legs I told my dad I waxed them... he only bought it for a second.

Sadly I do not support any charity. I do not have time to give to them nor the money, strapped for cash as it is without donating it away. Sounds terrible doesn't it?

Not really, I've never given my own money to a charity, just raised money for them.

really? hmmm it does sound a bit bad, but i guess we've got to look out for ourselves first... human nature and all that. i always get so guilty after shopping (even though i only ever buy things in charity shops anyways lol) i always feel the need to give to charity to make up for my greed

Well living on a farm you just don't get the time to raise money for charity either. I guess our charity is growing the crops and breeding the meat for you guys to eat

Do you sell your crops mate? I've always wanted to live in old time western America, it sounds so fun if you take out all the hard work and such!
