Okay, so I probably just got my only Christmas Pretsent from my mom yesterday, but it's worth it! It's laptop, & I am so exited. In fact, I am typing on it right now.
Well, the rest of our Christmas money is going to charity, so I will probably be expect presents from my dad & his side of the family, which will probably be cheap. But hey, it was worth it!

maybe im justr cynical, but wouln';d it be better to give money to charity throughout the year rather than in lumps at christmas? cos everyone will do it at christmas, whihc means they will have too much moneya dn spend it on non worthwhile things, like bonuses for the admin staff etc.
its during the yea when people aren't feeling so generous that they need more money.
also be careful who you give it too, people like the rspce and cancer research spend so much money on paying their accountants and admin that not enough from what you donate actually goes to the cause.

if its run well, any charity should be able to budget themselves properly. with a lot of things, they do need more donations in winter anyways
