hmm i dunno, i've never read the book so i never pictured him as a friesian! i guess they use different horse actors in every film, in the Black Stallion they flick their main actor from an Arab to a TB part way through! that is annoying

Can you tell the difference between them? I mean I know that Arab and TB features are very different, but is there a dramatic difference?

very much so in the way they move! the horse gallops on the wild beach with his nose and tail in the air, then on the race track with his head forward and body strechted out... the entire muscular structure is different. but i guess its a people's film, they probably hoped no horse lovers would watch it! lol

LOL or maybe they just weren't horse people themselves. In band concerts I hope there are no flute experts watching me closely, in case I make a mistake lol!
