what you believe usually depends on what you're told, rarely what you think about what you're told. to tell people "its a natural cycle" means people wont worry, can be lazy, fual companies still get their riches and the government is popular. to tell people "its all our fault" seems to have no benefits to industry or government. which is why i think the latter is least likely to be brain-washing

I think it's a combination of the Earth's natural cycle and human polution and all that. I don't remember when or where but there are patterns that show that this is the time where the ozone is weakest and the climate changes a bit. However, I think it has been worsened by what we have done to contribute to it. So yeah...

I believe that the earth is going through a natural cycle and all that, but I still think we should be doing all we can to help the earth. So I agree with Apollo alot. The newest thing at my school is a recycling club, which I think is a great idea.

That's really good. At my school each classroom has a recycle bin for paper. They are actually used quite a lot, which is kind of surprising.

we have recycling lorries that come round, like binmen. they're quite useful! and we're swamped with people telling us to only half-fill our kettles and take showers instead of baths lol

My dad is always telling me to take short showers- but that is for money! LOL yeah we have recycling bins all over my school, and yeah it is surprising how much they get used!

lol i always spend way too long in the shower! i always think this is quite funny: we can reduce our carbon emmisions as much as we like but we'll always cause more damage to the earth than dead people. so for everyone who never existed is like a little step up for the planet! lol

norsu, it means we can never reduce our impact of the earth to a satisfying degree, so to not exist is the most green thing you can do

Ohhhh. That has a bit of humor hidden in it... lol. If the Iraqis killed everyone in an enviromentally safe way [without atomic waste I mean] would people appreciate them? It is interesting to ponder... I mean, obivously we would still hate em all, but they would actually be doing good for the Earth. Not the human race, but for the Earth itself.
