At some casual shows the judge doesn't get very dressed up. See the little pad of paper or something in her hand?

yes, i would guess she is at a schooling show or something..the judge is very causal just like in a schooling show. =]

Yes. At the showgrounds where my mom is the photographer, you don't even have to wear proper apparel half the time. For pleasure classes you do, but not much else.

i dont mind being prove wrong, but as yet i haven't seen any proof  only speculation as to what she is holding - which is a bit precarious to judge it on:p |
