Yeah, I can picture a horse in that situation being scared, but it is lucky she didn't run off!

its cute how much they rely on us though, my friend was telling me in summer that one of her old eventers Ben somehow got the wire of the fence stuck between his hoof and his shoe, and in trying to free him self got his other leg through the fence! her other horse jack was running up and down the field completely panicking until she got there to free Ben, who'd just been stood patiently waiting to be freed such a cute story! its amazing how ben didnt panic, the injuries could have been horrendous

Well, I've already told you about it in the falls. I was going over cavaletties and ground poles, and the horse over jumped one of the cavaletties by a mile. I went flying onto her neck and then she kept going, I fell off her neck and landed in front of her, she is pretty much a draft, LOL American Indian Horse if you are interested, but she was smart and stopped right before she stepped on me. I got right back up!

Trigger thinks he's a race horse so I put racing, and I go to barrel races almost every weekend. We pole bend there too.

Oh I got funny story, well not funny but yeah. I went down on the quad to feed the horses and I realised, in one of the paddocks there was suppose to be seven horses in there but there were only six. I follow the fence line until I got to the gate and my horse had half jumped the metal gate but his back leg was entangled with the metal. I was shitting myself and so was the horse. He was jumping up an down and tried to kick the gate with his other leg but that only bent the gate more from his wait. I put my hand on his head and suddenly he just stopped and stood there groaning (talk about weird!). Took me a half 'n' hour to get him off. Kind of had to half lift him off (no not with my amazing muscles lol, he kind of did post of the work) while i moved his leg around till it cam free. TALK ABOUT SCARY!!! He is my prize horse too which scared me even more...
